hooks were as sticky as my ex (useless)

packing wasn't safe enough for the metal shelf to reach me in good shape. then comes the hooks (kia hi kahon mein)- im disappointed to my core.

I have ordered bathroom storage shelf when order received it was good but the hooks and sticky was of not good quality once i fixed it on wall and added few things it fell down i tried with taps as well but the sticky hooks are totally of low quality and cannot bear weight that was so disappointing.
